Shipping policy

All orders will be processed between 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and US national holidays. 

After processing and packaging, shipping will have an estimated time of 5-8 business days without considering high traffic or issues with postal service. Please consider ordering with more time in advance during high traffic seasons (Christmas Holidays) so you can get your order on time for your special event. 

You will receive an email when your order has been shipped with your tracking number. Tracking number may begin to work after 24 hours of created, please let us know if the tracking number is not working or you have not received it after this time. 

Check your mailbox and/or your usual delivery locations before contacting us to ensure that your package has arrived.
